"Start Where You Stand"
"What would it feel like if your life were exactly the way
you wanted it to be?"
“LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL” Depression 101

Third Wednesday of Each Month!

Sallie and Conway Felton: “LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL”
A husband and wife’s personal journey through depression, support and transformation.

Depression can hit anyone at any age. It is insidious, it is weight crushing, hold paralyzing. Millions are afflicted by this disease. The secret is how one deals with it medically, holistically and spiritually. Their story is not unique; they have been living with depression for over 36 years. What is unique…this husband and wife team’s willingness to take the risk in having an open and ongoing conversation worldwide. "We have learned new tools, exercises and how to change our mindset that we wished we had known years ago. But it was not talked about back then.  We want to share what we’ve learned, provide expert guests on our show and continue our learning journey with you our listeners. It is time to give back and help others out there suffering with depression. There is hope and light at the end of the tunnel."

Sallie, Life Coach and International Talk Radio Host and her husband, Conway, will broadcast a one hour show, the third Wednesday of each month, devoted to depression. “LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL” can be heard on Felton’s already popular show, “A Fresh Start”. Heard online around the World and in Seattle on 106.9 HD Channel 3, it is broadcasted through Contact Talk Radio, www.contacttalkradio.com.

Come join them by joining the chat room, listening in or calling in (877-230-3062) to share your stories….

How did this transpire? Conway states, “If Rem-Dog, Jerry Remey, (a former Red Sox player and Boston TV Sports Announcer) can share his personal journey, so can I.  It’s time to put words to our stories and share. If just one person sees LIGHT at the end of the tunnel, I will have done my job.”

C. Conway Felton, III has 37 years experience in the insurance industry. He has served in the past on various educational boards, President and Treasurer for Children’s Alpine racing programs in New Hampshire, yacht racing sailing committee’s in Massachusetts Bay, and is currently a Trustee of Gould Academy in Bethel, Maine. He is an expert skier, experienced sailor, a competitive tennis player, and a father of 3 adult children.

Conway has suffered from depression his entire adult life.  In the latter part of 2008 he found himself struggling to “find his voice”, losing his confidence and leaving outside interests. Sallie, his wife, has been by his side and these are their stories through all their ups and downs.

“Light at the End of the Tunnel” – Depression 101

Guest: Eden Sterlington
Author, Speaker, Workshop Leader, Emotional Independence Specialist for Baby Boomers

Topic: ARE YOU IN ENOUGH PAIN TO CHANGE?

Eden SterlingtonSome times we hit the wall; we feel so much pain and yet can’t act. This interview with Sallie Felton and Eden Sterlington will give you the tools and help you decide if the time is right for you to take the next move. Eden Sterlington, The Intimacy Officer, is the developer of the SatisFillment™ life improvement technology and the Get Back to Passion coaching programs. These personal, specific programs of activities were originally created for her personal use. After dealing with several life altering events in rapid fire succession, she needed healthy ways out of her own overwhelm before the stress and pressure PERMANENTLY buried her under a pile of invisibility, powerlessness, fear, and pain.

She is edgy, racy, politically incorrect, and profane, at times. Her boldness and directness are refreshing in a world that worships the 'if-it-feels-good-do-it' mentality. In truth, NOTHING feels better than living in SatisFillment™. What is SatisFillment™? Great question! SatisFillment™ is a lifestyle, a philosophy, a system of achieving maximum quality of life. This system leads toward that kind of life most deeply desired. Simply put, a life that is inwardly and outwardly congruent with your core values. Sounds simple, doesn't it?

It is simple, but it is not easy. Without accurate self-knowledge, complete self-acceptance, and consistent self-control - true self-intimacy is not possible. Without self-intimacy, how can you possibly share intimacy (into-me-see)?

As Founder and CEO of Sterlington International, Inc., Eden has established a 'edutainment' company committed to supporting her peers - Change Champions, Wisdom Warriors, and Sage Soldiers (often blandly referred to as 'Baby Boomers' or 'middle agers') with practical, do-it-right-now ways they can make improvements in their thinking, health, and connections. Anyone willing to look for healthy, effective, lasting approaches to avoiding, minimizing, or eliminating their pain deserves to find them. SatisFillment™ is here to provide a solution. Coach Eden is here as your guide, your teacher, your partner in your journey. Your life on your terms. Doesn't that just make sense?

Sallie And Conway Felton
“Light at the End of the Tunnel” – Depression 101

Guest: Patricia Albere Pioneer and Teacher
Topic: Evolutionary Relationships

Patricia Albere is a transformational educator & contemporary spiritual teacher with a passionate focus on Evolutionary Relationships and Collective Consciousness. For the last 40 years, her core commitment has been to teach from the emerging edge of consciousness, awakening others to the profound depths and infinitive wisdom possible between two or more people connected to something higher and greater. Patricia is the founder of the Evolutionary Collective, a new model for awakened community and the creation of an inter-subjective field of intimacy, truth, mutuality and depth that allows the participants to transform inside of an intense and accelerated collective field.

Patricia AlbereShe is also the popular host for Evolutionary Collective Conversations. Her extraordinary mastery with both group and collective fields of consciousness comes from her experience working with over 150,000 people during the course of her career . In 1971, Patricia unknowingly, found herself on the edge of where consciousness and transformation was unfolding. As one of the original core members of Werner Erhard’s “est” organization (currently called the Landmark Forum), she was instrumental in expanding the organization, teaching & training course leaders. Many people don’t realize that this work was the genesis of transformational seminars & business consulting, life coaching, and personal growth & development work which is now abundant, 40 years later. Through this transformation, she learned the first lesson of what makes human life meaningful: live from a commitment to make a difference in the world.

However, it was the second lesson that profoundly changed the course of her life, and her work. At age 33, Patricia met her soulmate, Peter. Their connection allowed all of who she had been – a successful public leader, teacher, and human being – to melt and catalyze a whole new dimension of existence. Mutually and wholeheartedly committed, they discovered the endless potential that can exist between two human beings. They experimented and pushed the boundaries of love, profound spiritual states and creativity, and through this were shown how to access a new paradigm of relating & awakening.

Patricia & Peter AlbereFrom these new states of consciousness & deep love, they experienced & discovered many things – one of which was the Ten Principles of Evolutionary Mutuality. Though Peter died only five years later, Patricia’s connection to this new domain of relating has continued to grow and unfold through her work with groups and individuals. Her transmission of this, combined with the commitment to make a difference in the world has allowed her to participate in the transformation of thousands of lives and countless relationships by providing the wisdom and tools necessary to access this quantum field of relating. Her work is not about psychology, or philosophy, and has no historic precedent, in that it does not build from the 20th century model of intimate and social interactions or the path of individual realization. It is a new path, a new way of experiencing one another, whether as life partners, colleagues, or in our social or spiritual networks. It can be called ‘The Higher We’. It’s a new inter-subjective field within which to experience each other. This relationship model is non-linear, yet absolutely accessible. It fulfills the potential we have as human beings to know ourselves and each other.

Patricia lives in New York City & Santa Fe, New Mexico and teaches throughout the United States. Her book, Evolutionary Relationships, is expected to be released in 2012. Listen to her speak on Evolutionary Relationships, the Evolutionary Collective and Collective Consciousness in her program archives and upcoming programs here: Evolutionary Collective Conversations.
